- During Takasago Tomoe's visit to check on Masamune, she gives Sagiri a copy of Volume 5 of the light novel series, 86. Both Eromanga-Sensei and 86 share the same light night novel publisher, Dengeki Bunko and are animated by the same studio, A-1 Pictures.
